The Founding of a Dream
Our cooperative, established in 2021 in Kozluk, Batman, set out with the dream of being a pioneer in local development by bringing together women's production potential. With our 10 entrepreneur women, we bring our traditional handicrafts together with today's modern needs.
In 2024, we elevated our production capacity to a professional level through the KOOP-DES grant we received and the workshop allocation from the Kozluk District Administration. While specializing particularly in the art of leather bag production, we simultaneously enriched our portfolio with unique baskets and decorative products made from our region's natural grasses.
We aim to take our sales success, which has reached 1,000,000 TL to date, even further with our 2026 vision. Under the mentorship of GAP Bedesten, we are working to strengthen our corporate identity and distribute our leather bags bearing the Kozluk Erzen signature to all corners of Turkey through e-commerce channels.
