A Journey of Solidarity Starting with Chamomile Gathering
We laid the foundations of our cooperative by gathering chamomile and thyme in Kahta's fields. In the early days, we built our capital by producing jam and sauce to establish our own production center, and then entered the almond sector, which is Kahta's greatest asset.
Today, with our 7 women entrepreneur partners, we produce a wide range of products from almonds to praline, from local products to homemade delicacies. With support from the Silk Road Development Agency and KEDV, we increase our production capacity every day.
Our goal is not just to be a cooperative; we aim to provide social benefit by producing gluten-free products for celiac patients and to brand Kahta's almonds to international standards.
