A 20-Year Journey of Social Transformation and Craftsmanship
Our cooperative, founded in Mardin in 2005, was established to support women from disadvantaged groups in the community to participate in economic life with a sense of organization.
Our purpose is not only to produce, but to facilitate women's integration into social life and contribute to social development through Mardin's local motifs.
With our 24 partners strengthened by Sabancı Foundation mentorship and GAP Bedesten training, we are bringing Mardin's rich textile heritage from the treasure chests into the future.
“Women's economic independence touches Mardin's cultural heritage.”
